VP & General Manager for Impact Visual, Andy is Mike's right hand man running the day-to-day operation of Impact Visual. Andy's background is in web portals, software development and project management.

As both a Vice President and Art Director, Karen leads a team of designers and fosters direct client-designer relationships in a way that is unique to Impact. She has an impressive track record of award-winning brands and advertising campaigns.

Rene Uvanile

Print Manager + Vice President

Starting at Impact straight from school, Rene has risen to VP & print Manager for Impact Digital. Rene manages the print production team and overseas all the Impact Digital printing. When it comes to print, Rene's the man who can!

Amy Pye

Director of Web Development

With over 7 years experience, Amy plays a key role at Impact. From online marketing to custom illustrations, Amy does it all. In addition to her technical and creative expertise, Amy brings positive energy to her work environment.

Neil Salmon

Senior Programmer

Neil's programming knowledge and charming personality are valuable assest to our skilled team. He enjoys long walks on the beach and watching the sunset. His up-beat attitude makes him a perfect fit for our ever-growing company.

Gio Brassens

Project Director

Gio has been with Impact since the very beginning and is now the Senior Designer managing the 7-11 Contract for Canada. Gio brings with her wealth of experience and knowledge that has helped Impact grow to the world class design house it now is.

Nick Wasilieff

Designer

In his youth, Nick spent countless hours of his going to 7-Eleven, eating copious amounts of goodies and drinking yum-tacular Slurpees. Now, he finds himself as a lead designer for the popular convenience store chain. He feels like it was meant to be.

Mark Galavan

Designer

A VIU grad with over 6 years in the industry, Mark is tenacious and resourceful in his approach towards all projects. His wit and sense of humour are a welcome fixture in the studio. Mark's strengths clearly lie in 3D illustration and creative concept design.

Philip Aristou

Designer

Phil is a recent VIU grad. Combining his youth with an extensive education and skill set, Philip has the expertise to cover all demographics. With his dazzling smile and infectious personality, Philip truly sets the mood in the design studio.

Greg Thorne

Designer

Greg recently moved from Impact Digital into the design team at Impact Visual. Greg manages the fast-turnaround print design jobs that so many of our customers require. When you need great design quickly, Greg is the person to speak to.

Kathleen Kerr-Donohue

Designer

Kathleen is the most recent addition to the Impact Visual design team. With a flair for design and natural talent, Kathleen consistently hits the ball out of the park. Kathleen brings a youthful energy to the team, helping drive creativity.

Andrew Roberts

Sales Consultant

Andrew has been with the Impact sales team for almost a year and in that time has established relationships with businesses all over Nanaimo. Andrew looks after many clients in the hospitality and music industries, so if you need posters, tickets and brochures for an event, give him a call.

Linda Townend

Office Manager

Linda is a keystone to Impact Visual. Organizing the back office and managing customer orders and invoicing, Linda is a key person who is often behind the scenes. When it comes to paperwork and organization, Linda knows her stuff and gets the job done!

Tanya MacNeil

Reception

When you need a warm smile and friendly face, Tanya is there! Our receptionist and administration guru, Tanya is first to welcome clients when they visit our downtown offices, and the friendly voice on the telephone when you call.

Kyle Redman

Print Assistant

Recently promoted to assistant print manager, Kyle helps to manage the print department and provides valuable backup to Rene during our busy times. Kyle keeps the production guys on their toes and gets the jobs out on time.

Jackson Newsham

Production

Working with Impact Digital for some time, Jackson helps maintain the production of our print materials. When you order books, calendars, brochures and more, Jackson will be there to help cut, bind and delivery your orders.

Michael Lind

Production

Apart from being a snazzy dresser, Michael works with Jackson and Patrick as part of the production team. With good humour and a happy whistle, Michael may even be the person who delivers your order when its done.

Production

Patrick accompanies Jackson and Michael, the third in the three amigos! Patrick scores, cuts, folds, binds and packages your orders, ready for delivery.

Nikki Mahmood

Account Manager

Nikki is our resident Account Manager, and looks after one of our major accounts. Juggling several components for each project, Nikki is happiest with the phone in one hand and her laptop in the other, a multi-tasking diva!
